Role Overview: As a CRM (Customer Relationship Manager) at Brightcode Software Services Pvt Ltd, your main responsibility will be to build and maintain profitable relationships with key customers. You will oversee the relationships handled by the team, resolve customer complaints efficiently, and keep customers informed about the latest services to boost sales.
