Job Description:
We are on the lookout for a dedicated CRM Manager (Post-Sales) to manage customer relationships after booking is done. This role is crucial in ensuring a smooth transition from booking to possession, handling customer documentation, payments, updates, and grievance redressal. The ideal candidate should be proactive, customer-centric, and well-versed in residential real estate processes.
Who Should Apply
? Experience: 510 years in CRM/Post-Sales roles within the real estate industry
? Education: Bachelor's or Master's in Business, Sales, or a related field
? Skills: Strong communication and coordination skills Familiarity with CRM software and Excel Experience in managing agreements, payments, and customer handover process
? Languages: English + Kannada/Hindi (preferred)
? Location Knowledge: Good understanding of Bangalore's real estate landscape and customer expectations
Key Responsibilities:
**Note: This job involves Saturday & Sunday working. There will be a weekly off on designated days.**
