The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud and Field Service, including the ability to design, configure, and implement solutions that meet business requirements. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, functional knowledge, and excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders, translate business needs into actionable solutions, and ensure successful project delivery

Experience Details
Essential Experience: 4+ years of experience of working on complex Salesforce Service Cloud, Field Service Lightning projects and implementations**Solution Design & Architecture:** - Analyze business requirements and design scalable Salesforce solutions, particularly within Service Cloud and Field Service. - Create functional and technical specifications, process flows, and architecture diagrams. - Lead design sessions, providing guidance on Salesforce best practices and capabilities.- **Implementation & Configuration:** - Configure Salesforce Service Cloud and Field Service modules, including Work Orders, Service Appointments, Territories, and Mobile Workforce. - Develop custom solutions using Salesforce tools such as Lightning Components, Apex, Visualforce, and Flows. - Integrate Salesforce with external systems via APIs and other integration tools.- **Project Management:** - Manage the end-to-end implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, and project managers to deliver projects on time and within scope.- **Client & Stakeholder Interaction:** - Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions. - Conduct user training sessions and create training materials to ensure smooth adoption of Salesforce solutions. - Provide ongoing support and maintenance for implemented solutions, troubleshooting issues, and implementing enhancements as needed.- **Quality Assurance:** - Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of implemented solutions. - Conduct regular reviews of the system-s performance and suggest improvements to optimize efficiency.
