Salesforce Lead (Pricing)

Responsibilities:

\u25CF Works with business and technology partners to identify, define, interpret, and clarify the scope of the Salesforce platform integrations. Will be responsible for the delivery of platform enablers including the design, build, security, and operationalization of reusable components in support of business products.

\u25CF Performs the development of common Salesforce platform components, capabilities, and features.

\u25CF Performs development and advanced configuration activities including custom objects and fields, dashboards, flows, reports, workflows, rules, automation, and triggers.

\u25CF Manages the core security model configurations.

\u25CF Is expected to maintain deep technical knowledge of capabilities and features to create platform patterns and technical best practices with the goal of increasing adoption, operational efficiency, and realized business value for clients.

\u25CF Drive design, engineering, implementation, and configuration of platform services to support overall enterprise patterns, and reinforce best practices.

\u25CF Develop patterns for common platform needs (e.g. logging, monitoring, alerting, backup, encryption, tooling, etc) across all layers of the platform and supporting services.

\u25CF Deliver explicit APIs and abstractions that offer flexibility for application developers in leveraging the platform.

\u25CF Partner with Information Security representatives to develop, implement and/or execute security configurations and controls.

\u25CF Perform security and MFA set up.

\u25CF Creates Integrations and/or Connectors between Salesforce.com and client and other 3rd party applications.

\u25CF Support and refine the utilization strategy for the platform and enhance its overall architecture, security, performance, and financial aspects.

\u25CF Contribute to the platform, product, and architectural roadmaps Platform Administration.

\u25CF Provide Tier 3 Support for core platform and configuration defect resolution.

\u25CF Performs new Salesforce release evaluations and assesses impact.

\u25CF Leads solution design discussions, develop work effort estimates for implementation, and presents solutions.

\u25CF Drafts and maintains solution documentation for platform components, integrations, and common use patterns to meet all architectural, security, and operational requirements as defined.

\u25CF Provides training, coaching, and support for issues

\u25CF Support with Data loads as needed.

\u25CF Leads and manages day to day of the Managed Service Provider team.

Qualifications and Background

\u25CF 3 plus years of Salesforce experience and 5+ years of overall experience.

\u25CF At least 2 years of experience working with Experlogix

\u25CF Implemented at least 1 project for Configure Price Quote use case with Salesforce.

\u25CF Experience with Salesforce screen flow and login flow.

\u25CF Strong experience with Salesforce Lightning, LWC, Trigger Architecture and Apex.

\u25CF Experience in the CRM, Customer Support, Sales, and Marketing domain.

\u25CF Experience with the overall Salesforce platform and working knowledge of Salesforce integration approaches.

\u25CF Experience delivering Salesforce solutions from design to production.

\u25CF Experience integrating Salesforce with 3rd party solutions.

\u25CF Experience using standard development practices.

\u25CF Experience with change management systems and processes.

\u25CF Experience in troubleshooting, diagnosis, and problem-solving.

\u25CF Experience with CI/CD tools and processes.

\u25CF Experience in working with Agile Sprint methodologies.

\u25CF Strong Salesforce product knowledge

\u25CF Bachelors Degree or global equivalent in related discipline

\u25CF Certified Salesforce Administrator, Certified Salesforce Developer is a must.

\u25CF Additional Salesforce certifications e.g.: Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, Salesforce Application Architect

This role is Hybrid and is required to be in our Hyderabad Office.
