You are invited to a walk-in interview today from 10 am to 3 pm for the position of Customer Care Executive (Telecaller) for Airtel process, IPRU, and IBL at Altruist Technology Pvt. Ltd. located at NRK Star, Plot No. 21, opposite C21 Mall/Orbit Mall, behind Raghunath Petrol Pump, in front of Orbit Mall, PU3 Scheme No. 54, Vijay Nagar, Indore. **Role Overview:** As a Customer Care Executive (Telecaller), your primary responsibility will be to handle customer support for various processes, including Airtel, IPRU, and IBL. You will be required to communicate effectively in both English and Hindi to assist customers with their queries and provide excellent service. **Key Responsibilities:** - Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally - Resolve customer queries and issues in a timely manner - Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication - Work in rotational shifts between 7 am to 12 am for 9-hour shifts - Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all interactions - Adhere to company policies and procedures to deliver quality service **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 12th grade education or graduation - Good communication skills in English and Hindi - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to solve problems efficiently - Sales skills to promote products or services effectively - Analytical skills to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions - Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment - Adaptability to work in different shifts as per the company's requirements If you are a fresher or an experienced candidate with the above qualifications and skills, you are eligible to apply for this position.
