Job Summary:

1 to 2 years


Key Responsibilities:

  • Interact with customers via phone, email, and chat to resolve queries and provide information.
  • Maintain and update customer databases and records with accuracy.
  • Prepare and manage reports using Excel to track customer interactions, feedback, and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met in a timely manner.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Address customer complaints promptly and professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Assist in onboarding new customers and guiding them through processes or services.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • 1 – 2 years of experience in a customer-facing or support role.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, filtering, basic formulas, and reporting).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer-centric attitude.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Should be a quick learner and team player.
