Customer Relationship Executive

As a Customer Relationship Executive in the Insurance Broking industry located in Himmatnagar, Gujarat, your primary responsibility will be to assist the Branch Manager in overseeing branch operations, client servicing, and internal coordination. You will act as a point of contact for walk-in clients, addressing their insurance-related queries and service requests. Handling basic administrative tasks such as documentation, filing, and data entry pertaining to insurance policies will also be part of your role. Your coordination with internal departments such as sales, underwriting, and claims is crucial to ensure the seamless delivery of services. Additionally, you will support in preparing proposals, follow-up on leads, and schedule client meetings when necessary. Effective communication with local clients in Gujarati is essential to build rapport and facilitate business growth. Your quick response and ability to provide practical solutions to daily challenges will be valued in this role. You will play a key role in managing renewal reminders, client follow-ups, and branch-level reporting. The ideal candidate will be a graduate in any discipline with a preference for individuals experienced in insurance, finance, or client servicing. A minimum of 13 years of experience in branch coordination, client service, or operations, preferably in insurance or financial services, is required. Strong interpersonal skills are essential, along with the confidence to engage with clients and tackle field-level challenges. Proficiency in Gujarati and Hindi (spoken) is necessary, while basic English reading and writing skills are advantageous. Good organizational and problem-solving abilities, as well as basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, data entry), are also desired for this role.,
