Roles and responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Campus Outreach:

• Visit colleges, universities, and technical institutes to generate maximum leads for the courses.
• Develop and execute lead-generation strategies through campus visits, career fairs, seminars, and workshops.
• Identify and reach out to potential students through online and offline channels.

Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and key stakeholders at educational institutions, including faculty and career services.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students and parents regarding course offerings, enrollment processes, and support.
• Address student queries, provide guidance, and ensure a smooth admission experience.

Promotional Campaigns:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement campus promotional campaigns (flyers, posters, social media).
• Represent the institute at educational events, fairs, and seminars to increase brand visibility and student engagement.

Student Support & Follow-up:

• Provide detailed course information, fees, schedules, and certification details to prospective students.
• Follow up with leads to nurture interest, address concerns, and guide them through the enrollment process.
• Maintain a database of prospective and enrolled students for follow-up and relationship management.
• Ensure timely communication and resolution of student queries and concerns.
• Support post-enrollment engagement to enhance student satisfaction and retention.

Market Research & Competitive Analysis:

• Monitor campus trends, student needs, and competitor activities to adjust outreach and lead-generation strategies.
• Gather feedback from students and educational institutions to improve marketing and student engagement efforts.

Event Management & Campus Activation:

• Plan and execute on-campus events such as information sessions, workshops, and career counseling to engage students.
• Coordinate with colleges for joint events and partnerships to maximize lead generation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
