Student Inquiry Handling Respond to student queries via phone, email, WhatsApp, or in person with accurate course and admission details. 2. Counseling & Guidance Assist students/parents in course selection based on their interests and goals. Conduct online or onsite counseling to convert leads. 3. Lead Management Follow up with leads from all sources. Maintain and update CRM or lead tracking systems regularly. 4. Admission Process Coordination Help students with forms, document collection, and ensure accurate and complete admission processing. 5. Interview & Test Scheduling Arrange assessments or interviews and schedule sessions with academic counselors when required. 6. Reporting & Documentation Maintain records, prepare follow-up and conversion reports, and ensure data confidentiality. 7. Relationship Management Build rapport with prospective students and support smooth onboarding after admission. 8. Promotional Support Assist in webinars, open houses, social media, and represent the institute at outreach events. 9. Team Coordination Work with academic, admin, and finance teams for smooth batch allotment and fee processing. 10. Target Achievement Achieve admission targets and suggest improvements for lead conversion and recruitment.
