Role: Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)
We are looking for a motivated and client-focused Customer Relationship Manager to join our team. The CRM will play a key role in building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring excellent customer service, and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
• Understand client needs and provide appropriate tax consultancy solutions
• Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and service requirements
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services
• Maintain client records, track communication, and follow up on service renewals
• Support business development through client referrals and upselling of services
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Finance/Commerce or related field
• Prior experience in client servicing, customer support, or relationship management preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple clients and work under deadlines
• Knowledge of taxation, accounting, or finance will be an added advantage
