Job Description

Job Purpose:

To support the day-to-day operations of the NBFC branch, ensure smooth customer service delivery, assist in loan processing and collections, and contribute to business growth through efficient handling of customers and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:1. Customer Service & Relationship Management

  • Greet and assist walk-in customers and respond to inquiries promptly.
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests efficiently.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
  • Support in customer verification and background checks.

2. Loan Processing & Documentation

  • Collect and verify customer documents as per company policy.
  • Ensure accurate entry of loan applications and KYC details in the system.
  • Coordinate with credit and operations teams for loan disbursement.
  • Maintain proper filing of agreements, forms, and records.

3. Business Development

  • Generate new leads through field visits, customer references, and local networking.
  • Promote company loan products (e.g., gold loans, vehicle loans, business loans, personal loans).
  • Achieve monthly targets for disbursements, collections, and new customer acquisition.
  • Support in cross-selling insurance or other financial products.

4. Collections & Recovery (if applicable)

  • Follow up with customers for timely repayment.
  • Coordinate with field executives for collection activities.
  • Maintain collection records and update MIS regularly.
  • Escalate overdue cases to the concerned manager as per policy.

5. Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure adherence to company policies, RBI guidelines, and internal audit norms.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on business performance.
  • Support internal/external audit activities.
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer information.

Key Skills Required:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer handling and negotiation ability.
  • Basic computer literacy (MS Office, Loan Management Software).
  • Knowledge of NBFC operations and financial products.
  • Target-oriented and team player.

Educational Qualification:

  • Minimum: Graduate (Commerce / Business / Finance preferred)
  • Additional certifications in finance or banking will be an added advantage.

Experience:

  • 0–3 years for entry-level roles; 3–5 years for senior executive roles in NBFC or banking sector.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
