Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Customer Relationship Executive to join our team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry. Roles and Responsibility
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase sales and revenue.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking and market research.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.
Build and maintain a strong understanding of the company''s products and services.

Job
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building relationships with customers and colleagues.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills are needed to resolve customer complaints and issues.
Strong knowledge of sales principles and practices is required.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is necessary.
A graduate degree is required for this position.
