Role Overview

Customer Relationship Executive

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate leads through online sources such as websites, portals, directories, social media, and databases.
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to understand requirements and assess lead quality.
Follow up regularly with potential leads via calls, emails, and messaging platforms.
Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and follow-up status in CRM or tracking sheets.
Share qualified and verified leads with the Purchase Manager in a timely and structured manner.
Coordinate between customers and internal teams to ensure smooth communication.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
Track lead conversion status and support basic reporting on lead performance.
Ensure professional communication and represent the company positively at all times.

Key Skills & Requirements

Graduate in any discipline; MBA or relevant qualification preferred.
14 years of experience in lead generation, telecalling, customer relationship, or inside sales roles.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and online lead research.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools, Excel, or lead management systems.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and persistent in follow-ups.
Ability to work closely with purchase, sales, or procurement teams.
