Role Description

• Handle both incoming and outgoing calls to assist customers with inquiries and provide timely support.
• Accurately process online orders and coordinate after-sales services to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Resolve customer issues quickly to maintain a positive buying experience and strengthen customer loyalty.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with customers through consistent and professional communication.
• Assist with logistics by coordinating deliveries, monitoring shipments, and addressing any related concerns.
• Manage front desk tasks, including welcoming visitors and handling all incoming phone calls.
• Gather and evaluate customer feedback to spot trends and contribute to ongoing service improvement.
• Prepare regular reports to provide insights that drive informed business decisions.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Client Relations, Business Relationship Management, and Customer Satisfaction
• Skills in Customer Service, including the ability to resolve issues and provide tailored support
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients and teams
• Proactive problem-solving and organizational skills
• Experience in textile, fashion, or dyeing industries is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
