Job Description

Customer Relationship Management (CRM):

  • Maintain and update customer database using CRM software.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Follow up on leads, inquiries, and quotations to convert them into sales.
  • Handle customer queries and provide timely updates on product availability, quotations, and delivery schedules.

Sales Coordination:

  • Coordinate with the Sales and Production teams for order processing and dispatch.
  • Prepare and send quotations, Proforma Invoices, and sales orders.
  • Support field sales executives by providing necessary documentation and data.
  • Monitor sales order status and communicate updates to customers.

Reporting & Analysis:

  • Maintain records of customer interactions, sales pipeline, and order status.
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and share with management.
  • Track sales targets and assist in achieving team goals.

After-Sales & Service Support:

  • Coordinate with service/technical teams for customer complaints or product returns.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through timely response and resolution.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
