Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Relationship Executive based in Mumbai. The role involves managing customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing excellent customer service. Key responsibilities include maintaining strong business relationships, addressing client inquiries, and delivering personalized solutions to enhance customer experience. Collaborating with various internal teams and contributing to relationship-building initiatives will also be a critical part of this role.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Customer Satisfaction and a strong focus on improving the customer experience
• Proficiency in Business Relationship Management and cultivating long-lasting professional partnerships
• Experience in Customer Service and Client Relations
• Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams
• Exceptional problem-solving capabilities and a proactive approach to resolving concerns
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and maintain professionalism
• Previous experience in the beauty, fragrance, or luxury products industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related fields preferred
• Must have excellent command in Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
