Customer Relationship Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Communication

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Explain company products/services clearly and professionally.
• Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.

Sales & Lead Management

• Maintain a record of customer interactions in CRM or internal systems.
• Support the sales team by sharing updated lead information.

Coordination & Reporting

• Coordinate with the sales, service, and operations team.
• Share daily call reports and performance updates with the manager.
• Meet daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.

Skills Required

• Good communication skills (English & Malayalam/Hindi as required)
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
• Positive attitude and convincing ability
• Patience and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work with targets and timelines

Qualifications

• Diploma / Any Degree
• 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales
• Freshers with good communication skills may also apply
• Only immediate joiners based in Ernakulam will be considered.
