Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a performance marketing specialist at our Mumbai office. Responsibilities include creating and executing data-driven marketing strategies, conducting market research to identify trends and consumer behaviors, and managing campaigns to optimize brand performance. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives, delivering measurable results, and contributing to revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Must be expert in optimising Meta & Google ads
• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service
• Experience in Market Research and understanding of consumer behavior
• Expertise in developing Meta Marketing Strategies
• Proficiency in data analysis and campaign optimization
• Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Familiarity with digital advertising platforms and tools is an advantage
