Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and persuasive Customer Relationship Executive to join our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contact with clients, focusing on building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships throughout the entire real estate lifecycle (pre-sales, sales, and post-sales). providing information about our real estate projects, scheduling site visits, and supporting the sales team in lead conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary client contact • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints • Generate interest and schedule appointments for site visits with the sales team. • Manage all necessary documentation • Drive high customer satisfaction to enhance loyalty
