About the Role

Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)

You will qualify leads, log them into our CRM, answer basic customer queries, and pass them to the right team member for closure.

Key Responsibilities

Lead & Call Handling

• Answer all incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and online inquiries promptly.
• Respond to aggregator platforms (Zomato, Swiggy, etc.) and social media leads.
• Maintain a polite, brand-consistent communication style.

Lead Qualification & CRM Management

• Collect structured customer details (Name, Requirement, Occasion, Quantity, Budget, Timeline).
• Enter every inquiry into CRM (Bigin) accurately.
• Tag leads (Retail, Corporate, Hampers, B2B, Aggregator).

Coordination & Follow-up

• Route qualified leads to the correct team member (Sales Head, Store Manager, Kitchen Team, or Hampers Team).
• Ensure follow-ups are done and leads are not dropped.
• Track pending leads and nudge teams to close them.

Customer Support

• Provide product/menu information, store details, and FAQs.
• Handle basic complaints and escalate complex cases to CRM/HR QC.
• Ensure customers feel valued and cared for from first contact.

Requirements

• 1–2 years’ experience in customer support / telecalling / front desk (F&B, hospitality, or gifting a plus).
• Strong verbal and written communication in

• Tech-friendly — able to use CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets, aggregator dashboards.
• Patient, polite, and customer-first mindset.
• Highly organized — zero tolerance for missed leads.

Compensation

• Salary: ₹20,000 per month
