Role Overview: As a Customer Relationship Executive at Conneqt Business Solutions, your role is crucial in maintaining the high standard of customer satisfaction by meeting client needs and maximizing cross-selling and sales opportunities. This is a full-time, junior-level position based in various locations such as Vellore, Nellore, Hubballi, Mangaluru, Tiruppur, Mysuru, and Salem. You are expected to have zero to one year of work experience in a customer-facing role. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and nurture strong relationships with both existing and potential customers to build loyalty and trust. - Promptly identify and address customer needs to ensure a high level of satisfaction. - Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to implement cross-selling strategies that enhance customer engagement. - Meet assigned sales targets by utilizing strong negotiation and persuasive skills. - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions for analysis and future reference. - Share customer insights with internal teams to enhance product offerings and services. - Attend training sessions and workshops to stay updated on industry trends and improve skill sets. - Work closely with team members to optimize customer service operations and streamline processes.
