Client Engagement Executive

Client Engagement Executive (CRM)

Role Overview:

Client Relationship Executive (CRM)

Key Responsibilities:

Initiate and manage outbound calls to prospective and current clients to introduce Codequery’s software solutions.
Maintain and update client information using CRM platforms.
Coordinate product demos, consultations, and follow-up communications.
Understand client requirements and provide appropriate IT-related guidance.
Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure smooth lead conversion.
Track customer interactions and maintain a well-documented follow-up system.
Achieve and report on weekly engagement and conversion targets.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (mandatory).
1–2 years of experience in customer engagement or inside sales in the IT/software domain.
Solid understanding of IT concepts, software products, and services.
Proficiency in using CRM tools such as Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
Confident, persuasive, and client-focused personality.

Preferred Skills:

Prior experience in SaaS-based company/client handling.
Ability to manage multiple client conversations and maintain quality service.
Familiarity with lead nurturing and sales funnel processes.
