Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Manage and update the CRM database with accurate customer information. Analyze customer behavior and data to identify trends and improvement areas. Coordinate with the sales, marketing, and support teams to ensure consistent customer communication. Execute email, SMS, and other digital marketing campaigns through CRM tools. Generate reports and dashboards to measure campaign performance and customer engagement. Handle customer queries and feedback to ensure timely resolution. Assist in segmenting customer groups and targeting them with personalized content. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 1–2 years of experience in CRM, customer service, or marketing support. Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Zoho CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.). Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills. Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
