Customer Relationship Executive

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Relations Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries and support across multiple platforms including phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media. You will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and satisfying shopping experience for our customers. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in customer service or social media handling, preferably in retail or e-commerce. 2-4 Years of experience. Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries in store, all social media and E- Commerce platforms. Handle messages, comments, and product inquiries on social media platforms such as Instagram and Facebook. Coordinate with internal teams (sales, dispatch, and production) to resolve issues and ensure timely order processing. Follow up on order statuses, exchanges, returns, and complaints until full resolution. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the CRM system regularly. Support community engagement by responding to social media interactions in a polite and timely manner.
