Customer Relationship Executive

As the main point of contact for a portfolio of customers, your role will involve building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. You will handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues efficiently, providing information about products or services as required. Understanding customer needs is crucial, and you will be expected to provide appropriate solutions and recommendations to ensure customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will also include developing and implementing strategies to retain customers and promote loyalty through customer retention programs. Internal coordination with other departments will be necessary to ensure customer needs are met and resolve any systemic issues that may arise. Analyzing customer data to identify trends and insights will be part of your role, along with providing reports on customer satisfaction and feedback. Proactively following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and building positive relationships will be key to your success in this position. Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in client management or customer support roles - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with other departments - Proficiency in data analysis and reporting In addition to the responsibilities outlined, you will be eligible for benefits including health insurance, leave encashment, and provident fund.
