Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the key liaison between SPIPL and its clients, delivering prompt, professional, and solution-oriented support.

• Handle customer inquiries and coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues promptly.

• Maintain comprehensive client records and track project progress to ensure delivery milestones are met.

• Monitor and analyze customer feedback, proposing actionable improvements to further enhance client satisfaction.

• Support the implementation of company-wide customer engagement initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.

• 0–3 years of experience in customer-facing roles (fresh graduates and young professionals are encouraged to apply).

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and ability to quickly adapt to new digital tools.
