Customer Relationship Associate

Role Overview: You will be responsible for the role of Customer Relationship Executive in the Environmental Services / Sustainability company located in Thane, Mumbai. Your primary focus will be to ensure customer satisfaction by serving as the main point of contact between the company and customers. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for customers post-sales to guarantee a smooth experience. - Provide hands-on guidance and support to customers on the usage of applications and product features. - Address and resolve customer queries in a timely and professional manner. - Establish strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and retention. - Coordinate with internal teams for efficient service delivery. - Collect customer feedback and work towards improving service quality continuously. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2 years of experience in customer relationship management or customer support. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to handle customers with empathy, patience, and professionalism. - Proficiency in using mobile or web-based applications to guide users effectively. - Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset. - Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Marathi is preferred but not mandatory.
