Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relations Specialist located in Kochi. The Customer Relations Specialist will focus on generating client leads, engaging potential clients, and converting prospects into customers through professional communication. Responsibilities include managing customer queries, providing exceptional support, promoting services, and maintaining client relationships. The role also involves collaborating with the team, following up on leads, meeting sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and support.

• Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales and lead-generation expertise
• Ability to effectively participate in and facilitate Training initiatives
• Proven ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships
• English language proficiency is a must. Additional languages are add on
• Goal-oriented mindset and ability to work under pressure to meet targets
• Experience in telesales or a related field is preferred
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in sales, marketing, or a related discipline is an advantage
