Customer Relations Specialist

As a proactive and results-driven professional with 1-2 years of experience in client relationship management, telecalling, or sales, your role will involve making 50 connected calls daily, strengthening client relationships, and identifying opportunities for cross-selling, up-selling, and referrals. Key Responsibilities: - Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients. - Keep accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system. - Identify and leverage cross-sell, up-sell, and referral opportunities. - Provide regular updates to the reporting manager. - Meet the daily target of 50 connected calls.
