Customer Relations Manager/Executive

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Relations Manager/Executive based in Nagpur. The selected candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, addressing customer queries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires monitoring customer feedback, collaborating with internal teams to improve services, and contributing to client retention strategies. Regular communication, proactive engagement, and maintaining a professional demeanor will be key components of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, including verbal and written proficiency, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Customer service and relationship management abilities, focusing on maintaining and enhancing client satisfaction.
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills to address and resolve customer concerns in a timely and effective manner.
• Organizational and time management skills to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools to manage client information and prepare reports.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in customer relations or client servicing roles is an advantage.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
