Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Customer Relations Manager/Executive. The primary responsibilities include managing customer relationships, addressing client concerns and inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves coordinating with various departments to resolve issues and improve service quality. This is an on-site role located in Nagpur.
