Customer Relations Manager

You will be working as a Customer Relations Executive (In-House Sales) at the company, where you will be responsible for managing relationships with existing and potential customers. Your main goal will be to provide excellent service to customers, drive sales growth, and promote the range of steel products, including pipes and roofing sheets. As an authorized distributor of TATA Steels, you will play a crucial role in answering customer inquiries, addressing complaints, processing orders, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
