Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a CRM Executive located in Haveli. The CRM Executive will be responsible for managing customer relationships, enhancing customer retention, and improving the overall customer experience. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing customer data, handling customer inquiries, providing timely follow-ups, and supporting the sales team to improve customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.

• Experience in Customer Retention and managing customer relationships
• Proven ability to enhance Customer Experience and ensure customer satisfaction
• Sales skills to support the sales team in achieving targets
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• CRM Experience in the real estate industry is Must
