Job Overview

The Customer Relations Executive (In-House Sales) is responsible for managing relationships with current and potential customers, ensuring they receive top-quality service, and driving sales growth. This role involves promoting the company’s products (Authorized distributor of TATA Steels), answering customer inquiries, handling complaints, processing orders, and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels. The candidate should have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have a keen ability to build relationships with clients.
