Sales in charge

As the Product in charge (In-House Sales) at our company, you will play a vital role in managing relationships with existing and potential customers. Your primary responsibilities will include providing exceptional service to customers, driving sales growth, and promoting our range of steel products such as pipes and roofing sheets, as we are an Authorized distributor of TATA Steels. Your day-to-day tasks will involve responding to customer inquiries, addressing and resolving any complaints, processing orders efficiently, and ensuring that customer satisfaction levels remain high. Therefore, it is essential for you to possess excellent communication skills, be well-organized, and excel in building strong relationships with clients. This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule. The ideal candidate for this role should hold a Bachelor's degree, have at least 5 years of relevant work experience in customer relations, particularly in in-house sales of steel products. Proficiency in English is a must for effective communication with customers. The work location for this role is in person, and the application deadline is set for 25/03/2025, with the expected start date also on the same day.
