Customer Relations Executive

Job Summary:

The Customer Relation Executive (CRE) serves as the primary point of contact between the company and its clients or customers. The role focuses on building and maintaining positive relationships, resolving customer queries or complaints, and ensuring overall satisfaction with the company's products or services.

Responsibilities:

Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.

Resolve customer complaints efficiently and with empathy.

Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.

Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and satisfaction is maintained.

Coordinate with internal teams (sales, support etc.) to deliver seamless service.

Provide detailed information about products, services, or policies.

Collect customer feedback and report recurring issues to management.

Meet performance targets such as customer satisfaction, response time, or issue resolution.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience: 0 - 1 years of experience in customer service or client-facing roles preferred.(freshers are also preferred)

Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Problem-solving attitude

Multitasking and time-management skills

Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
