Customer Relations Executive

Role Overview: As a Customer Experience Associate, your main responsibility will be to ensure that all customers have an excellent and consistent experience. This will involve managing inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining strong communication across various departments. Your role will require you to demonstrate empathy, patience, attention to detail, and a passion for service excellence.
