Field Sales Executive - YANMAR Mini Excavator Company: DOZCO India Pvt Ltd. Location: Kottayam, Kerala Responsibilities: Generate sales leads through various channels, including telemarketing, attending industry events, and cold calling. Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers. Understand customer needs and recommend the most suitable YANMAR mini excavator for their requirements. Provide product demonstrations and presentations to customers. Negotiate and close sales deals. Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer records. Achieve and exceed individual sales targets. Travel extensively within the assigned territory. Qualifications: Minimum of one year of experience in field sales, preferably in the construction equipment industry. Graduate or diploma Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Strong presentation skills and the ability to clearly explain product features and benefits. Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic. Ability to travel extensively by two-wheeler and possess a valid two-wheeler license.
