Field Sales Executive - YANMAR Mini Excavator

Responsibilities:

• Generate sales leads through various channels, including telemarketing, attending industry events, and cold calling.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
• Understand customer needs and recommend the most suitable YANMAR mini excavator for their requirements.
• Provide product demonstrations and presentations to customers.
• Negotiate and close sales deals.
• Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets.
• Travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of one year of experience in field sales, preferably in the construction equipment industry.
• Graduate or diploma
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong presentation skills and the ability to clearly explain product features and benefits.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to travel extensively by two-wheeler and possess a valid two-wheeler license.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
