Customer Relations Executive

As a Customer Relations Executive Intern at City Greens, you will be assisting in managing warehouse operations, handling incoming customer calls and queries, and engaging with walk-in customers at the office. Key Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer calls and respond to queries promptly and professionally. - Provide information about products, services, and order status. - Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively. - Engage with walk-in customers at the office, understand their needs, and provide assistance. - Handle account management of clients by coordinating with the in-house team and the client, providing the best resolution. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. - Assist in processing orders and returns. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. - Provide feedback and suggestions for improving customer service processes. Requirements: - Previous experience in customer service, account management, client relations. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Proficiency in using computer systems and software for managing inventory and customer information. - Customer-focused with a positive attitude and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
