Role Overview

We’re hiring a Customer Relations Executive to manage client communication, assist in onboarding, solving queries, support business development, and ensure a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

· Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring a smooth client experience

· Support end-to-end onboarding of new clients, including documentation, compliance checks, and account activation

· Track and follow up on leads, ensuring seamless communication and engagement with potential customers

· Build and maintain strong client relationships through query solving, co-ordination for KYC (know your client) and other updates

· Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously
