Job Description

As a Customer Relation Officer (CRO) at our company in Kochi, your role is crucial in maintaining positive relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and supporting sales and project teams to deliver a seamless customer experience. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for customers from their initial inquiry to post-sale support. - Professionally and efficiently handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback. - Collaborate with internal departments (sales, legal, technical, etc.) to provide timely responses and resolutions to client issues. - Assist clients with documentation, organize site visits, and provide product/service information. - Manage CRM software effectively and maintain accurate customer records.
