Hiring For M-Pocket Onboarding (Voice Process) Job Highlights: Designation: Customer Support Associate CTC: 13000/- Per Month Incentive: 10,000 Languages: Hindi-English Qualification: 12th pass/Graduate and above Gender: Both Job Benefits: PF + ESIC Training Period: 5k Stipend (30 DAYS) Location: Bhopal Job Description: ⦁ Answer incoming calls & out-going calls from customers with inquiries on product orders. ⦁ Analyze customer issues and assist in resolving within the required timeframe. ⦁ Coordinate with customers and ensure appropriate questioning to identify issues. ⦁ Manage all customer inquiries and summarize to present to management. ⦁ Administer and prioritize customer tasks and ensure achievement of all deadlines within the required timeframe. ⦁ Maintain accuracy of all data and verify the same for all customer services. ⦁ Proven customer service/support experience. ⦁ Excellent communication and presentation skills. *Requirements: ⦁ Clarity of speech and thought is expected with basic computer knowledge. ⦁ Ready for rotational shifts & rotational week offs. ⦁ Immediate joiners Preferred.
