Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new AEDSMARTX clients. Set up client accounts, input AED device details (battery/pad expiry dates, inspection schedules, trained personnel data, etc.), and customize configurations as required. Train clients (online/onsite as needed) on how to use AEDSMARTX for routine inspections, alerts, and compliance tracking. Coordinate with sales and service teams to ensure every AED sold is linked to an active AEDSMARTX account. Provide first-level support for client queries during onboarding and escalate technical issues where required. Maintain detailed onboarding documentation and track progress through CRM/project management tools. Build long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high adoption and retention. Collect feedback from customers to help improve product features and user experience. About Us ThinkHealth is a leader in safety and healthcare solutions. We are looking for a Client Onboarding Specialist who will be the key point of contact for customers after AED purchase, ensuring smooth onboarding onto AEDSMARTX and driving long-term customer success.
