📢 Job Opening: Customer Support Executive (International Voice Process) 📍 Location: Bangalore 🕒 Job Type: Full-time | Rotational Shifts (Including Night Shifts) 🔹 Key Responsibilities:Customer Interaction: Handle inbound and outbound calls with international customers, providing professional support and resolving queries or complaints. Information & Support: Offer detailed product/service information and deliver technical or sales assistance. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system. Problem Resolution: Resolve issues efficiently and escalate complex problems to relevant departments when necessary. Quality & Performance: Comply with company standards, meet performance targets, and strive for high customer satisfaction. 🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications:Communication: Excellent spoken and written English communication skills. Customer Focus: Strong service orientation and empathy toward customers. Problem-Solving: Capable of resolving customer issues logically and effectively. Technical Aptitude: Basic computer knowledge and good typing speed. Adaptability: Willingness to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with rotational night shifts.
