Customer Lifecycle Marketing Manager

As a Growth Manager with 4-5 years of experience, your role involves creating and implementing growth strategies to enhance user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue. Your collaboration with product, engineering, and design teams is crucial in launching marketing initiatives that boost user engagement and conversion rates. Monitoring and improving marketing activities using data and analytics is also part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Build and lead a team of growth consultants / growth strategists to provide strategic growth guidance and support to clients. - Work closely with internal teams and clients to understand business objectives and identify growth opportunities. - Develop growth plans and initiatives covering paid media, SEO, packaging and design, direct marketing, partnership ecosystem, and offline extensions. - Oversee execution of growth plans, ensuring successful implementation by collaborating with various operations teams. - Utilize your understanding of paid media and CRO to drive brand awareness, growth, and optimize growth initiatives. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities, develop marketing and sales plans, and enhance the customer experience. - Stay updated with the latest trends in growth marketing and share knowledge with the team and other departments. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. - 4-5 years of experience in a growth-oriented role, preferably in a consulting or agency setting. - Proven track record of driving growth and delivering measurable results. - Strong understanding of paid media, CRO, SEO optimization, and relevant growth tools and technologies. - Experience with MarTech tools and retention marketing. - Excellent leadership, communication, collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Capable of building, leading, and mentoring a team effectively. ,
