About the Company - Vedantu is hiring a data-driven Customer Lifecycle Management Leader to own and optimize the end-to-end user journey—from first interaction to brand loyalty. This strategic role sits within the Growth team, focusing on user retention, engagement, and conversion through deep insights, lead qualification, and smart lifecycle orchestration. About the Role - Design and personalize customer journeys across channels and lifecycle stages. Lead quality assessment (LQA) and predictive lead scoring. Optimize conversion funnels and reduce drop-offs. Drive CRM strategy through campaigns across email, SMS, WhatsApp, and more. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Marketing, BI). Leverage analytics to drive insight-led decisions and journey improvements. Manage lifecycle tools and automation (WebEngage, MoEngage, etc.).
