Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Experience Specialist based in Bengaluru. The Customer Experience Specialist will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely responses through various communication channels. The specialist will also work on improving customer satisfaction by gathering feedback, identifying areas for improvement, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer experience. Daily tasks include handling customer interactions, maintaining records of interactions, and providing support for any order-related issues.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and customer service experience
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer complaints efficiently
• Ability to gather customer feedback and suggest improvements
• Proficiency in using customer service software and tools
• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru
• Experience in retail or e-commerce is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field is advantageous
