This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology, managing customer deployments from start to finish. The successful candidate will work closely with customers and internal teams, playing a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction and driving account growth. Requirements A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline. Over 3 years of experience in account management, project management, or a similar field. Proven experience in managing customer relationships within the marketing or technology sectors. Exceptional project management abilities, with a track record of handling multiple projects simultaneously. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both customers and internal teams. Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to addressing potential issues or challenges. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Capable of working collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Familiarity with the Sherlock platform or similar marketing technologies is an advantage.
