About the Role

Customer Experience & Sales Specialist

What You’ll Do

Manage daily tasks, calls, chats, and follow-ups via CRM and dialler — no lead left behind!
Handle
inbound & outbound
calls and chats to convert interest into booked consultations.
Ensure high
consultation attendance
and drive
sales closures
during or after sessions.
Identify new sales opportunities from past leads, campaigns, and internal databases.
Maintain clean CRM hygiene with accurate tagging, notes, and updates.
Support
client retention
through upselling, cross-selling, and ensuring 5-star experiences.
Collaborate with studio teams & artists to ensure seamless client handovers.
Own revenue targets and contribute to
consultation-to-sale
conversions.

What We’re Looking For

Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and close.
Prior experience in customer service and/or sales (preferably in lifestyle or creative industries).
Hands-on with tools like
Zoho CRM
,
Ozonetel
,
Gupshup
, and
Google Workspace
.
Highly accountable, organized, and motivated by targets.
Passion for delivering amazing customer experiences aligned with our brand.
